The Ezzahra Estate is available for exclusive occupation by individual house or in its entirety.

Terms vary according to season, occupancy and length of stay, and are discussed personally to ensure the most suitable arrangement for your requirements. The estate is particularly well suited to long weekend and extended residential stays.

The price includes:

• Exclusive use of the house reserved
• Unlimited spa and hammam treatments
• Fires prepared; rooms set for evening
• Beds warmed in cooler months
• Climate control is present but discreet
• Dual spa and gym facilities
• Heated swimming pools
• Comprehensive housekeeping and personal laundry are discreetly managed by the estate team (dry cleaning excepted)
• A guided and accompanied visit to the Medina
• Dining planned in advance with the Chef and the Estate Manager
• Soft drinks included throughout the stay
• One return airport transfer irrespective of numbers and greeted by a senior house representative
• Drinks and refreshments served throughout the day in the gardens, by the pool or on the terraces
• Corkage for external selections by prior arrangement.

A minimum non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the dates.

If outside resources and event management services are used to coordinate a special occasion, The Ezzahra Estate will charge an event fee.
