A team of 12 staff (including masseuses/beauticians, cooks, cleaners and service staff as well as gate keepers and garden staff) is headed by the resident English/French/Arabic speaking House Manager, Maria, and the brilliantly insightful Head Butler, Mohammed.
Want someone to unpack for you? Consider your clothes sorted and hung (and laundered before you go home, too). Want a special meal? Amina, the House Chef, delights in producing the fusion of tastes that is Moroccan Cuisine. We have introduced some European style dishes of salads, grills and oven cooked food with some inevitable fries for the youngsters and the not so young! No year round strawberries or microwave cooking in this kitchen, just seasonal fruits and vegetables, with some dishes taking two to three hours to prepare.
The whole team will be dedicated to your stay.
